SHIPPING:
Shipping and handling rates will be calculated at checkout. CycleXtras will ship via the method we deem best. In most cases, packages are shipped via FedEx. Below is a FedEx ground transit time map. The delivery time estimates are based on shipment from CycleXtras warehouse located in Glenmont, NY. Delivery time estimates do not include the time to process and ship orders. It is the approximate arrival time of the package once it has left the CycleXtras warehouse.

Orders may be placed via the website 24-7 or via telephone Monday-Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm EST toll-free at 1-866-739-8727. All in-stock items will be shipped within a 48 hour period when possible.

PAYMENT:
Only Visa and MasterCard credit cards accepted– customer must provide cardholder’s full name, billing address (even if shipping address is different), credit card expiration date, as well as the security code on the back of the credit card.
