RETURN POLICY:
Non-clearance items:
Item being returned must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags attached in the original packaging. A free exchange or full refund for all non-clearance items will be issued if item is received within 30 days from original date of purchase. Items received after 30 days but within 60 days of purchase date will qualify for a store credit. No item may be returned for refund or exchange after 60 days.

Clearance (any item discounted 30% or more) items: A clearance item may be returned for exchange or credit within 3 days of receipt. There will be no returns after that time.

WARRANTY: CycleXtras products are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and material for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. The warranty is valid only to the original purchaser.
If there is a problem, contact CycleXtras at 866-739-8727 to obtain a return authorization number. The returned item should be cleaned, unless further cleaning would compromise the defect or damage the item (such as damaging waterproofing). A copy of the original purchase receipt as proof of purchase must accompany the return.
Upon receipt the item will be evaluated. CycleXtras will repair the product, including zipper, snap and most seam failures. If the item cannot be repaired, CycleXtras will replace it. Freight to CycleXtras is the consumer’s responsibility; return freight will be paid by CycleXtras.
Items typically not covered by warranty are failure or damage due to crashing, contact with hot surfaces such as exhaust pipes, cuts by sharp objects and fading caused by exposure to sunlight for long periods. If there is a question whether the item is covered by warranty, please contact our customer service department before sending the item for inspection.
CycleXtras will not be liable for damages or expenses arising from the direct or indirect use of our products except to repair or replace them as covered under this warranty. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied.
